In this statement, “Syntra”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Syntra Electrical Limited, an Auckland-based electrical, automation, BMS and connected-building business operating throughout New Zealand and with international capability.

Information may be held in website, email, cloud, accounting and project systems. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Kept only for as long as reasonably required

We retain personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, to support ongoing work and relationships, and to meet legal, tax, insurance, warranty and recordkeeping requirements. Information no longer reasonably required is securely deleted or anonymised where practicable.

Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020

You may ask for access to personal information Syntra holds about you and request correction if it is inaccurate. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Providing information through our contact form is voluntary. If required contact or project details are not supplied, we may be unable to respond fully or assess the enquiry. Information submitted will be used to respond, discuss requirements and maintain appropriate business records.
